  Went in last week and couldn't believe how rude the woman working on reception was, asked me over 20 questions before i was even able to get a quote, which turned out to be a complete rip off on top of wasting my time. Wont be going back. I strongly suggest to anyone after repairs on their car to avoid this poor excuse for a repairs shop!

  Extremely rude and unhelpful and dodgy repairs. Didn't bother taking my car back to fix the damage as my friend has been there before and they took 3 attempts at fixing it! Will be telling my insurance to rethink this awful place as their repairer.

  I will never take my car here again due to the poor customer service. Even when you email them and provide feedback they cannot be bothered following up your concerns.
